90% of the time, Glass Beads remove calcium with no damage. We always perform a test spot first.

For delicate surfaces (Glass, Porcelain, Black tile, etc.) or thick calcium, we switch to Mineral Blast to ensure safety ($1.00/linear ft extra).

We provide a 2-4 hour arrival window the evening before.

• Turn off waterfalls 24hrs prior.
• Reschedule pool service if needed.
• Unlock gates & secure pets.
• Turn off sprinklers.

Invoices are emailed/texted upon completion and must be paid to the crew on-site.

Late Fee: Invoices unpaid within 15 days incur a 10% fee. No exceptions.

We lower water 6-12 inches. Wait 24 hours before refilling to allow the sealer to cure.

Residual blast media and cloudy water are normal and will clear up within a few days or after a vacuuming service.

We disable equipment to lower water safely. You must restore settings after refilling the pool.

Autofill: We leave this OFF. It must stay off for 24 hours to let the sealer cure properly.

Our Nano-Sealant blocks hard scale. To clean future buildup, use our Precision Tile Cleaner ($35) and a green Scotch Brite pad.

Note: Sealant aids removal but does not stop calcium return entirely.

Cancel 12 hours prior to avoid a $150 fee.

Locked gates or lack of access upon our arrival will also incur a $150 trip charge.
